Order Picking

We will pick up your order and have it ready for you to pick up upon your arrival.

1. Minimum of 10 cases.
2. Whole Case items only.
3. Please allow 2 ½ hours lead time before picking up on orders placed before 11:00 a.m. and 2 hours lead time before picking up on orders placed after 11:00 a.m.
4. Fax, Email, or Submit Your Order Online.

Returns must be made within 7 days and with the original receipt. All returned items must be unopened and in good, sellable condition.

Store credit will be provided for acceptable returns beyond 7 days and is subject to a 15% restock charge.

Store credit will be provided for acceptable returns without a receipt, and will be refunded in the amount based on the current cash price, and is subject to a 15% restock charge.

Refund check will be provided for purchases Paid By Check; if the return is less than 4 days from the issued check date and/or exceeds $300.00, a Refund check will be issued within 10 days.

Returns on produce must be received within 24 hours of the purchase date. Products with a “Sell by”, “Expiration” or “Best Use by” date must be returned 2 days prior to that date, regardless of the 7-day Policy.

Credit and Debit Card purchases will be credited back to the same card used.

To redeem store credit, the purchase amount must be greater than or equal to the store credit. No Exceptions. Lost Store Credit cannot be replaced or reprinted.

Frequent Buyer membership is REQUIRED for those customers who purchase items that are to be resold at their establishment, such as sodas and beers for our restaurant customers, or sodas, beers, kitchenware, cleaning supplies, etc., for distributors, jobbers, wholesalers. Apply now, FREQUENT BUYER Membership is free.

To be exempt from paying sales tax, customers must include their resale number on the application and submit a copy of the Seller’s Permit. If applicable, a copy of the beer and wine license for those customers who wish to be exempt from paying sales tax on beer and wine is required.

Frequent Buyer membership is REQUIRED for those customers who wish to pay for their purchases by company check. Apply now, FREQUENT BUYER Membership is Free. We provide a 2% discount when paying by check; however, there is a minimum check writing of $150.00.

Verification of funds during checkout is required. The account will be verified for 3 times the purchase amount of the check or $750.00 minimum, whichever is greater.
